Resulting from existing golf cruise guest demand, Trendsetter now runs a number of land only based golf tours each year. They usually stay at 5 star hotels and play the best courses available.
We have introduced regular scheduled tours to Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand and will shortly run our 2nd South Africa land tour. Further land-based tours are planned to Ireland, Morocco, Argentina/Brazil, East Africa, Japan and Great Lakes/Chicago/Toronto. All our land only tours and many of our golf cruises have been scheduled as a result of specific guest requests.

You are invited to join Trendsetter Travel's Paihia/Kauri Cliffs golf tour which includes a 54 hole golf tournament at Kauri Cliffs. The tour has 7 nights of accommodation including 3 luxurious nights at The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs and 4 nights in one of the leading hotels in Paihia. Apart from playing 3 rounds at Kauri Cliffs, regularly rated in the world's top 100 courses, you will also get to enjoy 2 additional games of golf at two of the local North Auckland golf courses. We include a rest day from golf including a visit to Russell and lunch at a leading local restaurant.
You are invited to join Trendsetter Travel Golf Tour’s inaugural South American Golf Tour, visiting Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janeiro. Our tour stays in luxury accommodation in Buenos Aires (5 nights), Iguazu Falls (3 nights) and Rio de Janeiro (5 nights) – with Junior Suites for 8 of those nights. We play 7 games of golf at leading golf clubs in all locations including 2 games at the Olympic Golf Club in Rio. Our tour includes a full day’s touring of Iguazu Falls and day tours of both Buenos Aires and Rio. This tour is scheduled to commence the day following conclusion of Trendsetter Travel’s Antarctic Cruise on Silver Cloud (27 Feb/9 March 2025) with an incentive provided for those that undertake both the South America land golf tour and Antarctic cruise.
Following much guest demand, Trendsetter Travel Golf Tours has released its 25 May to 10 June 2025 (16 nights) Irish Golf Tour. This is a uniquely curated golf tour to meet the requirements of TTGT’s client base. In particular, all golf courses included have sufficient golf carts available for those (which are expected to comprise a clear majority on the tour) who do not wish (or are physically unable) to walk the courses. Further, to minimise packing/unpacking, we will base ourselves in 3 uniquely chosen hotels for 5 nights each during our golf programme. While most days offer golf, there is the option (with equitable price adjustment) to elect which golf courses you wish to play if our 12 golf course programme is considered too much golf. The tour will play a minimum of 8 famous links golf courses and play 6 of the top 15 golf courses in Ireland. This tour is not intended to be repeated and is strictly limited to a maximum of 30 golfers.
